Creya reserves the right to cancel any summer camp or program before its commencement without assigning any reason. In such cases, a full refund of the program fee will be processed within 5-7 working days.
If a student withdraws before the program begins, a partial refund (if applicable) may be provided based on the time of cancellation. A 10% cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
If a student is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their enrollment to another eligible student or defer to a future batch, subject to approval and availability.
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Creya’s discretion.
