Creya reserves the right to cancel any summer camp or program prior to its commencement. In such cases, a full refund of the program fee will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original method of payment.
If a participant withdraws before the start of the program, a partial refund may be applicable based on the time of cancellation. A cancellation fee of 10% of the program fee may apply. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Creya’s discretion.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for:
- Withdrawal after the program has started
- No-shows or absences during the program
- Requests made beyond 30 days from the program start date
Transfers & Deferrals
If a student is unable to attend the scheduled program, they may request:
- A transfer of their enrollment to another eligible participant, or
- A deferral to a future batch of the same program
Such requests are subject to availability and approval by the Creya team. Additional documentation may be required.
Refund Process
Once your refund or transfer request is reviewed, we will notify you via email of the decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
- Contact your bank—processing times can vary
