Cancellation Policy

Creya retains the right to cancel any program before its commencement without assigning any reason. In such cases, a full refund of the program fee will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

If a student withdraws from the program before it starts, a partial refund (if applicable) may be provided based on the time of cancellation. A 10% cancellation fee may apply.

If a student cannot attend, they may request to transfer their enrollment to another eligible student or defer to a future batch, subject to approval and availability.

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Creya’s discretion.
