01. booking policy

all bookings made via our platform are subject to availability. we reserve the right to cancel or modify workshops based on capacity or safety requirements.

02. cancellation

cancellations made more than 14 days before an event start date are eligible for a full refund. cancellations made within 14 days are eligible for credit towards future programs.

03. participation

participants must strictly follow the safety guidelines and instructor directions at all times. creya reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety standards.
